Enviro-One Green Cleaner offers a convenient and eco-friendly solution for keeping your auto exterior looking its best. Please follow the guidelines below for successful auto exterior cleaning:
1. Dilution Ratios:
To achieve optimal results, consider the following dilution ratios:
- For regular concentrate, mix 5 parts water with 1 part Enviro-One Green Cleaner concentrate.
- For super concentrate, mix 10 parts water with 1 part Enviro-One Green Cleaner super concentrate.
2. Preparation:
Before you begin cleaning the auto exterior, make sure to follow these preparation steps:
- Work on a cool surface in the shade to prevent the cleaner from drying too quickly and leaving streaks.
- Remove any loose debris, such as leaves or dirt, from the surface of the vehicle using a brush or hose.
3. Cleaning Auto Exteriors:
Follow these steps to clean your auto exterior:
Spot Treatments:
- For bugs, bird droppings, tree sap, or tar spots, spray the diluted Enviro-One Green Cleaner directly onto the affected areas.
- Allow the solution to sit for a few moments to penetrate and loosen the debris.
- Use a soft cloth or sponge to gently wipe away the spots, applying light pressure as needed.
- Repeat this process for any remaining spots until the surface is clean.
Washing the Vehicle:
- Fill a bucket with water and add the appropriate amount of diluted Enviro-One Green Cleaner according to the recommended dilution ratios.
- Using a sponge or rag, soak it in the solution and apply it to the surface of the vehicle.
- Work in sections, starting from the top and moving downwards, to ensure thorough coverage.
- Agitate the solution on the surface using the sponge or a soft brush, paying extra attention to areas with heavy dirt or grime.
- Rinse the sponge or rag frequently in the solution to prevent spreading dirt or grime.
- Once you have cleaned the entire vehicle, rinse it thoroughly with clean water to remove any remaining cleaner residue.
4. Important Note:
- Enviro-One Green Cleaner is an oil emulsifier that can emulsify wax. To avoid stripping the wax finish off the painted surfaces of your car, always use a diluted solution and never use the concentrate directly on the vehicle.
- Rinse the cleaned surfaces immediately and thoroughly with plenty of water to remove any cleaner residue and protect the wax finish.
By following these instructions, you can effectively clean your auto exterior using Enviro-One Green Cleaner. Enjoy the benefits of its eco-friendly formula and powerful cleaning properties while maintaining a shining and pristine appearance of your vehicle.
CLEANING AN OLD CAR ENGINE
To demonstrate how powerful Enviro-One really is, we used it to clean a 1994 Toyota Corolla (with original factory paint). It was sitting in a driveway for 5 months without being cleaned. The car had a thick layer of pine pulling along with the regular dirt from sitting around.
For this tough job we used a 10:1 dilution and added 4 ounces to a 2 gallon bucket of water. To help break down the dirt quicker, we rinsed the car and sprayed the top services of the car and spread solution and let it sit while washing the sides with a terry cloth. We then proceeded to wash and rinse the top portion of the car.
For the engine, and under the hood, we sprayed the 10:1 solution directly on engine and under the hood. Since we only had a garden hose, we washed under the hood with a cloth and rinse.
Take a look at how clean it came out. The best part is we did not have to use the toxic store brand degreaser for this tough job.
